Overview

Every member of the Legacy community moves toward a common goal of providing the best possible care in the most compassionate environment.

 

Your skills as a Radiologic Technologist or current Angiography Technologist will help to fulfill that goal. As you provide imaging procedures according to physician’s orders, you will be extending professional, expert care to the patients we serve.

 

We have different levels of experience we're currently hiring for.  Below are the respective 2023 pay ranges for the progressive experience levels. 

  • Tech Level I:   $44.57 min. to $63.74 max. 
  • Tech Level II:  $46.81 min. to $66.94 max. 
  • Tech Level III: $49.15 min. to $70.28 max. 

Angiography, Cardiovascular and Electrophysiology Technologists provide the highest quality care using the most advanced technologies for diagnosis and treatment in our Cardiovascular (Cath Lab) and Hybrid labs located at each Legacy site.

 

This is a 4-day per week position, weekdays, with occaisional weekend shifts.

Proficiency in X-ray and scrubbing preferred.

Responsibilities

Angiography Technologists perform imaging procedures according to physician's orders, utilizing knowledge and judgment in regard to exposure factors, imaging technique, and patient treatment.

 

Angiography, Cardiovascular provide the highest quality care using the most advanced technologies for diagnosis and treatment in our Cardiovascular and Hybrid labs located at each Legacy site.

Qualifications

Education:

Graduate of certified Radiologic Technology school or program. 

 

Experience:

For the Level I position we will consider candidates with their Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) license, LRT Oregon as you continue toward your ARRT-R registry. Current American Heart Association BLS is also required.

 

Level II candidates will have at least 1-year of previous experience in the field of Angiography/Cardiac Catheterization, the Oregon LRT and the national registry or ARRT-R as a requirement. 

 

Level III: 2-years previous experience in the field of Angiography/Cardiac Catheterization is required. You must demonstrate proficiency in the operation of Cath Lab x-ray table equipment and demonstrate knowledge of Cath Lab product inventory. Current applicable LRT OR, ARRT-R is required, and the advanced certification of RCIS, CI, VI is preferred. Current American Heart Association BLS is also required.

Current applicable state licensure for Radiological Technologist (LRT) required for Level I. 

Current national registration in Radiography (ARRT-R) and state LRT required for Level II and III. 

With Level III consideration, advanced certification (RCIS, CI, VI) preferred.

 

American Heart Association BLS required for all levels. ACLS required for Level II and III.
