Under the direction of Biomedical Equipment Technician III or Lead, the Biomedical Equipment Technician I provides and documents inspection, minor repairs, and planned maintenance on medical equipment.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: Associate’s degree or equivalent in biomedical or electronics technology from college or technical school, and/or equivalent training and experience required.
SKILLS: Effective English communication skills (both verbally and in writing).
Keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic systems applicable to job functions.
Knowledge of electronic equipment.
