The Telehealth Associate will excel in this role using their organization, project coordination and communication skills daily. Responsible for facilitating telehealth specialty care consults in Legacy inpatient settings, including appointment scheduling, equipment management and transport as well as assisting virtual providers with patients at the bedside as needed. Apply knowledge of downtime procedures, telehealth policy and software/hardware systems to daily operations.
