This is a hybrid-remote position - incumbents, who reside in Oregon or Washington only, may work 1-2 days a week at an assigned Legacy Health location, and other days may work remotely at home, on the road or in a satellite location for the remainder of their workweek.
All new hires are required to come to a designated Legacy Health office location in Portland, Oregon prior to their start date for a new hire health assessment and to complete new hire paperwork. This position may require initial training and orientation to be site-based, before transitioning to the hybrid schedule.

The Well-Being Program Coordinator supports the day-to-day administrative operations of Legacy’s well-being program and leads ad hoc projects. Coordinates team meetings, events, trainings, programs, services, and resources in support of Legacy’s well-being priorities. Collaborates with the Well-being staff and a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders to meet customer needs and support well-being program goals at Legacy. Serves as the lead administrative contact for well-being program activities and information. Coordinates a variety of efforts and work that supports Legacy’s diverse workforce by improving engagement, a culture of support, and well-being.
Education:
Associate’s degree, bachelor’s degree or formal coursework in business administration, public health, health promotion, human resources, healthcare administration or related field, preferred. Relevant experience can substitute for education.
Experience: Minimum of three years’ experience in office management, business or healthcare administration, human resources and event coordination experience. Education, experience or demonstrated knowledge of workplace well-being, wellness, or engagement. Experience coordinating training or education programs preferred.
