This is a hybrid-remote position - incumbents, who reside in Oregon or Washington only, may work at an assigned Legacy Health location, and other days may work remotely at home, on the road or in a satellite location for the remainder of their workweek.
All new hires are required to come to a designated Legacy Health office location in Portland, Oregon prior to their start date for a new hire health assessment and to complete new hire paperwork. This position may require initial training and orientation to be site-based, before transitioning to the hybrid schedule.

The Accounts Payable Associate is responsible for processing transactions to ensure accurate and timely payment of goods and services purchased by Legacy Health. Ensures system-wide compliance with approved supply chain and contracting work processes. Facilitates both electronic and hard copy document retention management.
Education: High school graduate or equivalent required. Prefer prior coursework in Accounting.
Experience: Experience with Lawson Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system or other Healthcare ERP system, preferred.
Skills: Mastery of on-line computer skills and 10-key by touch. Ability to navigate electronic systems, applicable to job functions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with both internal and external customers. Solid problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to organize one’s own workload and to regularly meet specified deadlines.
