Overview

Lead with heart. Scan with purpose. Grow with Legacy.

At Legacy Health, we believe that behind every ultrasound is a patient who deserves compassion, expertise, and care. As a Echo Sonographer Site Lead, you’ll not only provide exceptional imaging to help guide life-saving decisions—you’ll also lead and inspire a dedicated team of sonographers. Your work will directly support our mission of making life better for others.

As the Site Lead, you’ll blend your advanced cardiac sonography skills with leadership responsibilities to ensure smooth daily operations at your site. From performing complex echocardiograms to mentoring staff and optimizing workflows, your expertise will help deliver safe, high-quality care while creating a positive environment for patients and colleagues.

You’ll work in either pediatric or adult cardiac imaging, depending on your skills, experience and site needs. This is a funnel posting that represents multiple openings across our system. Shift availability (days, evenings, weekends) and full time or part time options will be discussed with a hiring leader during the interview process to find best fit for you.

  • Champion quality & safety – Ensure the highest imaging standards, oversee equipment maintenance, and promote a safe, respectful patient experience.
  • Collaborate across teams – Work closely with physicians, nurses, and management to achieve the best outcomes for patients of all ages.
