Responsibilities

The Licensed Engineer operates, maintains and repairs physical plant systems, buildings and equipment.  This role performs general maintenance throughout the facility and is authorized to perform more complex electrical and/or plumbing work depending on the license(s) held.

Qualifications

Education:  High school graduate or equivalent.

Additional education as required by license(s) held.

 

Experience:  Minimum four years work experience at journeyman level with comparable equipment and systems or completion of apprenticeship program. 

Additional experience as required by license(s) held.

 

Hospital engineering experience preferred.

Licensure

Current valid applicable state driver’s license and a driving record that meets insurance carrier requirements. 

Oregon Limited Maintenance Electrician (LME) license, Limited Journeyman Manufacturing​ Plant Electrician (PJ) license, Washington EL01 General Journey Level Electrician license, Oregon Journey Level Plumber license, Washington Journey Level Plumber license or Washington HVAC/Refrigeration (EL06A) license.

Pay Range

USD $48.38 - USD $48.38 /Hr.
