At Legacy, the People & Culture organization is dedicated to prioritizing our people so that we can, in turn, prioritize our patients. We’re transforming the traditional human resources function into a team of innovative professionals who develop creative solutions to attract, develop, and retain diverse, high-performing talent. Within the People & Culture team, we foster a spirit of curiosity, embrace experimentation, and challenge outdated practices to ensure we’re not just reacting to today’s workforce challenges but anticipating tomorrow’s. This is a pivotal moment in healthcare, and Legacy’s People & Culture team sees it as an opportunity to reimagine what it means to work in one of the world’s most complex yet rewarding industries.
This is a hybrid position that is highly consultative and requires regular meetings at various Legacy locations across the Portland Metro area. Another important thing about Legacy: We strive to be a diverse, culturally responsive, anti-racist organization.
