This is a hybrid-remote position - incumbents, who reside in Oregon or Washington only, may work 2-3 days a week at an assigned Legacy Health location, and other days may work remotely.
All new hires are required to come to a designated Legacy Health office location in Portland, Oregon prior to their start date for a new hire health assessment and to complete new hire paperwork.
This position may require initial training and orientation to be site-based, before transitioning to the hybrid schedule.
Performance Excellence Coach works with Legacy leadership and cross functional teams to improve and help sustain service, quality, cost, safety and employee engagement outcomes.
Within the teams, the PE Coach is responsible for supporting the high-priority system-wide initiatives, local process improvement efforts and transformation of leadership behaviors aligned with the mission, values, and objectives of the Performance Excellence organization and Legacy Health.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required, with a Bachelor’s of Science or Master's Degree preferred.
Experience:
Skills:
Lean and or Six Sigma certification with hands-on application preferred.
