As a lead cook, you don’t just prepare food, you create a memorable experience for others. Whether you’re cooking for patients, cafeteria guests or catered events or coordinating the day to day operations of the department, you help to make life better for others, and that is what Legacy is all about.
Coordinates the day-to-day operations of the staff at a designated site and/or department while also performing the duties of a Cook. Additional duties include coordinating workflow, problem solving and creating staff schedules.
The Cook is responsible for preparing hot foods for patients, cafeteria and catering. Assists in the service of hot foods.
Ability to read English.
Experience or education in quantity food preparation.
Basic familiarity with computers preferred.
