The Senior Executive Compensation Consultant serves as Legacy's lead subject matter expert for executive and board compensation programs. This role partners closely with the Chief Executive Officer, Chief People & Culture Officer, Board Compensation Committee, Finance, and Legal to design, administer, and evaluate executive compensation, executive benefits, and incentive programs that support organizational strategy and regulatory compliance.
This position provides a unique opportunity to influence executive talent attraction, retention, succession planning, and leadership rewards strategy within one of the region's leading nonprofit healthcare systems.

Virtual Position (OR/WA Only) This is a virtual role open to candidates working from Oregon or Washington. While the position is primarily virtual, there may be occasions when on‑site work is required at a designated Legacy Health location.
All new hires are required to travel to a Legacy Health office in Portland, Oregon prior to their start date to complete a new‑hire health assessment and new‑hire paperwork. Initial training and orientation may be conducted on‑site before transitioning to the remote schedule.
