In this role, you’ll bring your expertise in evidence-based psychological assessment and treatment to support adults living with chronic pain and related medical, behavioral, and emotional concerns. • Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments
• Provide evidence-based individual and group psychotherapy
• Collaborate closely with physicians, APPs, physical therapists, and behavioral health providers
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and consultation
• Educate patients on the biopsychosocial model of pain
• Support functional restoration, resilience, and self-management
• Maintain timely clinical documentation

Education:

• PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology.

Experience:

• Required: Minimum two years post-doctoral inpatient and/or outpatient psychological services experience required.
• Preferred: Experience treating chronic pain and complex medical conditions
• Preferred: Experience addressing medical and psychological trauma
• Preferred: Experience working within an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Preferred Clinical Training:
  • Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT)
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Chronic Pain (CBT-CP)
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I)
  • Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)
  • Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)
  • Prolonged Exposure (PE)
  • Other evidence-based pain and trauma treatments

• Current licensure as a psychologist by the applicable State Board of Psychologist Examiners. 
• BLS for Provider certification from the American Heart Association.
