Manages the daily operational activities of Counseling and Therapy Services in alignment with the mission, values, and objectives of Unity Center for Behavioral Health. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with hospital and departmental policies and procedures. Completes recruitment, interviewing, selection training and orientation of new staff. Completes comprehensive staffing of all units, assigns workloads and monitors quantity and quality of work.
