Serving as a Home Health Aide CNA for hospice patients requires a uniquely compassionate person—someone who can manage daily care needs while providing a sense of comfort, stability, and normalcy within the patient’s home. Practically, this role means working as part of the Hospice Interdisciplinary Group under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.
