Staffing expectations include every other weekend working technician shifts as well as working over holiday and summer breaks, (TBD) o Provide staffing experience in transitions of care, including medication history evaluations and medication counseling depending on site need.   Position to start May 2024. Manages the daily operational activities of Counseling and Therapy Services in alignment with the mission, values, and objectives of Unity Center for Behavioral Health. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with hospital and departmental policies and procedures. Completes recruitment, interviewing, selection training and orientation of new staff. Completes comprehensive staffing of all units, assigns workloads and monitors quantity and quality of work. Responsible for budgeting including but not limited to monitoring operating budget, approve expenditures, purchases and other all actions to ensure the department is aligned with Legacy budget guidelines. Assists department leadership in planning and administering program, systems and policies relating to behavioral health care of patients.
